On September 28, 2007, Financial Executives International (FEI) will host the Global Financial Reporting Convergence Conference at the Marriott Marquis Times Square Hotel in New York City. This one-day conference will be the first major educational event in the United States devoted to helping financial executives understand the implications of the convergence of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).
